How do I get started with the affiliate program?
If you have a functioning website, we welcome you to apply to our program. Applying is free and easy. Apply here. Once you're accepted, you'll have access to a variety of our banners and text links to share with your visitors.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If, for whatever reason, you no longer wish to promote Cricket on your website, just send us an email requesting we delete your profile. When you cancel, you will also need to remove all Cricket links and images from your Web site. We're confident you'll want to keep the partnership, but rest assured - ending it is hassle-free.

Can you tell me more about MyCricket.com?
We'd love to. Cricket is a simple and affordable wireless alternative to traditional landline service targeted to meet the needs of customers who are under-served by traditional communications companies. MyCricket.com provides phone plans, as well as cellular phones and accessories.

What Web sites are prohibited from joining the Cricket Affiliate program?
We will not accept Web sites with objectionable content, including but not limited to pornography (sexual content, explicit language or content), violence, hate-oriented, illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.

I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with Cricket?
No, you must have an existing Web site that we can review in order to become a Cricket affiliate

My website vistors are mainly from outside the U.S. Can I still become a member of the Cricket Affiliate Program?
Cricket only ships to customers with United States addresses. Therefore we require that all of our affiliates target primarily U.S.-based consumers. If you live outside the U.S. but have an affiliate site that is primarily targeted towards U.S. users we welcome you to apply to the program.

How can I keep track of how many people visit MyCricket.com and purchase through my links?
Simply log in to your Cricket affiliate account at affiliates.mycricket.com. Then you may access a variety of online reports, track your click-throughs and commissions, and access marketing materials, banners and text links.

How much will I earn with Cricket?
You will receive $23 per the sale of a handset and a plan from every customer you refer to mycricket.com from your site. Other offers may be available for VIP affiliates or as special promotions.

When and how do I get paid?
If you're a U.S.-based affiliate, you will need to fill out and fax a W9 form to us. All affiliates who earn $25 or more in a month will then be paid monthly by check, sent directly from us. Any affiliate commissions under $25 will be held until your affiliate account accumulates $25 or more, and then we'll send you a check

Is there somewhere I can go to get updates on the program?
Cricket has an affiliate blog located at: http://www.converseonaffiliates.com/blog/cricket. We encourage you to check it out regularly for announcements of new creative, promotions, customer offers, news, and more. We also encourage you to leave feedback and interact with other affiliates in the Cricket program.

How can I download graphics and logos from Cricket to my Web site?
We do not recommend it. Our images are on secure servers and will not be renamed or removed, so your site will never have broken links. Plus, our creative contains your tracking id so you'll get full credit for all sales you've brought to us. Lastly, if you find there's an image you'd like to use and we don't already have it in our inventory, please let us know. We'd gladly add it and send you the link.

May I link to Cricket from more than one Web site?
Yes. You are welcome to link to Cricket from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography. Submit the URLs for all sites which you plan to use to promote Cricket via email to cricket@converseon.com.

How will my visitors make purchases at Cricket?
Your graphic and text links will take your visitors directly to MyCricket.com, where they'll place their order through MyCricket.com’s booking engine and you'll get credit for the sale.

Does the Cricket affiliate program offer customer coupons?
Yes, however affiliates are only eligible to use coupons that are offered through the affiliate program interface. Affiliates who display coupons that are not available through the interface may be removed from the program. If you have a question about a particular coupon, please contact us.

How can I change my affiliate account information?
Your account information can be easily accessed through your affiliate interface. Simply log in.

What kind of advertising can I do?
You can place Cricket banners and buttons on your site, use text links on your site, or write something creative about Cricket. Testimonials and editorial copy written by you (or your site visitors) are the best promotional material available - so if you use Cricket yourself, be sure to tell your visitors! You can also use any copy on www.MyCricket.com, as long as you identify www.MyCricket.com as the source and include an affiliate link with the article.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Marketing is permission based (see above), so you must be authorized by our team to advertise in such a manner. There will be no leniency, and affiliates in violation of our policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
