What is the Oh My Dog Supplies Affiliate Program?
The Oh My Dog Supplies affiliate program is a great way to partner with us and get paid to promote our site and/or products! As a member of our program, you'll be assigned a unique number. Whenever a person visits our site through a link that contains your number, you'll receive a percentage of the sale! Through this partnership, you will receive a commission from all online sales generated from a link you've posted on your site or have sent in an email.

Is it free to join?
Yes! It's absolutely free to join. There is no charge to join, applying is easy and there is no minimum sales requirement to remain a partner.

How do I get started with the affiliate program?
If you have a functioning website, we welcome you to apply for partnership. Applying is free and easy. Apply here. Once you're accepted, you'll have access to a variety of our banners and text links to share with your visitors.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If, for whatever reason, you no longer wish to promote OhMyDogSupplies.com on your website, just send us an email requesting that we delete your profile. When you cancel, you will also need to remove all OhMyDogSupplies.com links and images from your Web site. We're confident you'll want to keep the partnership, but rest assured - ending it is hassle-free.

Can you tell me more about OhMyDogSupplies.com?
We'd love to. We're an upscale online dog supply store, specializing in unique products that you'd never find at a local pet store. If your visitors love really cool dog stuff that they'll never find at Petco, then this is the site to promote!

What Web sites are prohibited from joining the Oh My Dog Supplies Affiliate program?
We will not accept Web sites with objectionable content, including but not limited to pornography (sexual content, explicit language or content), violence, hate-oriented, illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.

I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with Oh My Dog Supplies?
No, you must have an existing Web site that we can review in order to become an Oh My Dog Supplies affiliate.

My website vistors are mainly from outside the U.S. Can I still become a member of the Oh My Dog Supplies Affiliate Program?
Yes, but be warned that when we ship outside of the continental U.S., additional shipping charges may apply to their order.

Commission Fees and Payment

How long do my tracking links last?
We offer you 45 return days. That means you have 45 days to get credit for sales coming from your customers' clicks. That's right, if they return to OhMyDogSupplies.com at any point within 45 days (without going through another affiliates' link), you will get credit for that sale.

How can I keep track of how many people visit OhMyDogSupplies.com and purchase through my links?
Simply log in to your Oh My Dog Supplies affiliate account at affiliates.myohmydogsupplies.com. There you can access a variety of online reports, track your click-throughs and commissions, and access our marketing materials, banners and text links.

How much will I earn with Oh My Dog Supplies affiliate program?
You will receive 10% commission on every sale your traffic generates.

When and how do I get paid?
If you're a U.S.-based affiliate, you will need to fill out and fax a W9 form to us. All affiliates who earn $25 or more in a month will then be paid monthly by check, sent directly from us. Any affiliate commissions under $25 will be held until your affiliate account accumulates $25 or more, and then we'll send you a check

Is there somewhere I can go to get updates on the program?
Oh My Dog Supplies has an affiliate blog located at: ohmydogsupplies.converseonaffiliates.com. We encourage you to check it out regularly for announcements of new creative, promotions, customer offers, news, and more. We also encourage you to leave feedback and interact with other affiliates in the Oh My Dog Supplies program.

Setting Up My Affiliate Links

Where will I find OhMyDogSupplies.com banners, buttons and text links?
Log in to your Oh My Dog Supplies affiliate account. Then go to "Get Links". It's that easy. You'll find the html with your tracking information right below the text link or banner you'd like to add to your site. If you find you need additional creative, please contact us and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

Can I download graphics and logos from OhMyDogSupplies.com to my Web site?
We do not recommend it. Our images are on secure servers and will not be renamed or removed, so your site will never have broken links. Plus, our creative contains your tracking id so you'll get full credit for all sales you've brought to us. Lastly, if you find there's an image you'd like to use and we don't already have it in our inventory, please let us know. We'd gladly add it and send you the link.

May I link to OhMyDogSupplies.com from more than one Web site?
Yes. You are welcome to link to OhMyDogSupplies.com from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography. Submit the URLs for all sites which you plan to use to promote OhMyDogSupplies via email to ohmydogsupplies@converseon.com.

Maintaining My Oh My Dog Supplies Affiliate Account

How can I promote OhMyDogSupplies.com?
Oh My Dog Supplies will provide banners, buttons and text links that you can use on your site. In addition to your Web site, you may promote Oh My Dog Supplies through an opt-in mailing list as per the terms of our Affiliate Agreement.

How will my visitors make purchases at OhMyDogSupplies.com?
Your graphic and text links will take your visitors directly to OhMyDogSupplies.com, where they'll place their order through OhMyDogSupplies.com's booking engine and you'll get credit for the sale.

How can I change my affiliate account information?
Your account information can be easily accessed through your affiliate interface. Simply log in.

Promoting My Web Site

Am I permitted to do Pay Per Click advertising?
Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Marketing ("PPC," including AdWords, Overture, and other search engine marketing) advertising is forbidden without authorization. If you violate this policy, you will be terminated from the program and/or we hold the right to disallow any and all commissions. Feel free to email us if you'd like to discuss any ideas for promotion that you may have.

What kind of advertising can I do?
You can place OhMyDogSupplies.com banners and buttons on your site, use text links on your site, or write something creative about Oh My Dog Supplies. Testimonials and editorial copy written by you (or your site visitors) are the best promotional material available - so if you use OhMyDogSupplies yourself, be sure to tell your visitors! You can also use any copy on www.OhMyDogSupplies.com, as long as you identify www.OhMyDogSupplies.com as the source and include an affiliate link with the article.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Marketing is permission based (see above), so you must be authorized by our team to advertise in such a manner. There will be no leniency, and affiliates in violation of our policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
