What is the Relax The Back^® Affiliate Program?
Simply put, the Relax The Back affiliate program serves as a way to promote an outstanding brand online and get paid for doing so! As an affiliate, you'll receive commission from all sales generated through links you've posted on your site, sent to others via email or have placed into paid search. As a member of our program, you'll be assigned a tracking ID number and whenever a person visits our site through your unique link, you'll receive a percentage of the resulting sale!

Is it free to join?
Yes! It's absolutely free to join. There is no charge to join through LinkShare, applying is easy, and there is no minimum sales requirement to remain a member.

How do I get started with the affiliate program?
If you have a functioning website, we welcome you to apply to our program. Applying is free and easy. Once you're accepted, you'll have access to great banners and text links to share with you visitors. Apply here through LinkShare.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. If, for whatever reason, you no longer wish to promote Relax The Back on your website, simply go to the "My Accounts" tab within Linkshare and terminate the relationship. When you cancel, you will also need to remove all Relax The Back links and images from your Web site. We're confident you'll want to keep the partnership, but rest assured - ending it is hassle-free.

What Web sites are prohibited from joining the Relax The Back^® Affiliate program?
We will not accept Web sites with objectionable content, including but not limited to pornography (sexual content, explicit language or content), violence, hate-oriented, illegal, defamatory, or obscene content.

I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with Relax The Back?
No, you must have an existing Web site that we can review in order to become a Relax The Back affiliate.

My website vistors are mainly from outside the U.S. Can I still become a member of the Relax The Back Affiliate Program?
If you live outside the U.S., but have a web site that is primarily targeted towards U.S. users, we welcome you to apply to the program. We do ship to Canada residents, as well as other countries, but the ease in which we can do so varies. You may with to contact our customer service hotline at 1-800-222-5728 with any specific questions or concerns about where your visitors may wish to ship to.

Commission Fees and Payment

How can I keep track of how many people visit Relax The Back and purchase through my links?
Simply log in to your Relax The Back affiliate account within LinkShare to access a variety of online reports. You can track your click-throughs, commissions earned, as well as access marketing materials,banners, and text links.

How much will I earn with Relax The Back?
You will receive 5-8% commissions on each paid sale transaction that you refer from your site.

When and how do I get paid?
You will be paid monthly by check, sent directly from LinkShare.

How long do my tracking links last?
We offer you 999 return days, which means you have 999 days to get credit for sales coming from your customers' clicks! That's Nine-hundred-and-ninty-nine! If your customers click through your link and then return to Relax The Back.com within 999 days (without going through another affiliates' link), you will get credit for that sale.

Is there somewhere I can go to get updates on the program?
Yes. We're pleased to announce that Relax The Back has an affiliate blog where you'll find program news, new links, coupon offers, and more. It's RSS enabled and we encourage you to check it out regularly.

Setting Up My Affiliate Links

Where will I find Relax The Back banners, buttons, and text links?
Log in to your Relax The Back affiliate account. Then, go to "Get Links". It's that easy. You'll find the HTML with your tracking information right below the text link or banner you'd like to add to your site. If you find you'd like additional creative, please contact us and we'll do our best to meet your needs and help you in promoting Relax The Back.

How can I download graphics and logos from Relax The Back to my website?
You cannot use any Relax The Back images or graphics that are not provided within the LinkShare interface. Only the creative available to you through your affiliate account contains your tracking ID, giving you full credit for all sales you've brought to us. Lastly, if you find there's an image you'd like to use and we don't already have it in our inventory, please let us know. If we can, We will gladly add it to the platform and send you the link.

May I link to Relax The Back from more than one website?
Yes. You are welcome to link to Relax The Back from multiple websites, as long as none of the sites violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography. All sites must be registered with LinkShare under your account details.

Maintaining Relax The Back Affiliate Account through LinkShare

How can I promote Relax The Back?
Relax The Back will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. In addition to your Web site, you may promote Relax The Back through an opt-in mailing list as per the terms of our Affiliate Agreement.

How will my visitors make purchases at Relax The Back?
Your banners and text links will take your visitors right to RelaxTheBack.com where they'll place their order and you'll get credit for the sale.

How can I change my affiliate account information?
Your account information can be easily accessed through LinkShare. Simply log in and click the "My Account" tab.

Promoting My Web Site

Am I permitted to do Pay Per Click advertising?
Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Marketing ("PPC," including AdWords, Overture, and other search engine marketing) advertising is forbidden without authorization. If you violate this policy, you will be terminated from the program and/or we hold the right to disallow any and all commissions. Feel free to email us if you'd like to discuss any ideas for promotion that you may have.

What kind of advertising can I do?
You can place Relax The Back banners and buttons on your site, use text links on your site, or write something creative about any number of Relax The Back products and accessories. Testimonials and editorial copy written by you (or your site visitors) are the best promotional material available - so if you use a Relax The Back product yourself, be sure to tell your visitors! You can also use any copy on www.relaxtheback.com, as long as you identify Relax The Back as the source and include an affiliate link with the article.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?
You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. Any email marketing without permission is not allowed. Pay-Per-Click and Search Engine Marketing is permission based (see above), so you must be authorized by our team to advertise in such a manner. There will be no leniency, and affiliates in violation of our policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.
